Bloom FAQs

Bloom Mama & Me PlayCafé is more than just an indoor play space—it's a community created to bring families together. Designed for children ages 1–6, Bloom combines imaginative play, a specialty coffee café, and meaningful programming to create a welcoming environment where children can learn through play while caregivers connect, relax, and build lasting friendships. Whether you're joining us for open play, a class, a birthday party, or simply stopping in for a handcrafted latte, we're so happy you're here!

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a reservation?

We highly recommend reserving your Open Play session online in advance. Reservations guarantee your spot and help us maintain a comfortable capacity for all families. Walk-ins are always welcome if space is available.

What ages is Bloom designed for?

Bloom is designed for infants through children 6years old, with dedicated spaces and activities for different developmental stages.

Our gated infant area is reserved for our youngest guests who are not yet confidently walking, while the remainder of the play café is designed for toddlers and young children to explore through imaginative, open-ended play.

Do adults have to pay?

No! Admission is charged per child, and up to two adults are included with each paid child. Additional caregivers or guests may join when capacity allows. Online booking reservations should be made for each child attending. Under 1 is free but still must have a waiver on file.

Do I need to stay with my child?

Yes. Bloom is a caregiver-supervised play space and is not a drop-off facility. A responsible adult must remain within eyesight of their child(ren).

Can I come in just for coffee?

Absolutely! Everyone is welcome to visit our cafe. Enjoy locally roasted coffee, handcrafted espresso drinks, refreshers, baked goods and snacks - even if you're not staying to play.

Is outside food or drink allowed?

To help keep our families safe, outside food and beverages are not permitted.

The only exception is infant bottles, baby food, and medically necessary food to accomdate for allergies.

Our café offers coffee, specialty drinks, snacks, and kid-friendly options for purchase

How do you keep the space clean?

Cleanliness is one of our highest priorities.

Our team sanitizes high-touch surfaces and toys throughout the day, after every play session, and completes a full deep cleaning each evening using hospital-grade disinfectants.

You'll also find our Germ Patrol bins throughout the café. If a toy has been mouthed or becomes soiled during play, simply place it in one of these bins so our team can sanitize it before it returns to the play floor.

Are socks required?

Yes! Grippy socks for children and regular socks for adults are required for the play zone area. They are also available for purchase.

How do I book an Open Play Session?

Each parent or caregiver will create a profile through our booking platform - Wellness Living. Under the "Relationship" section, each child can be added. A waiver is required for all children entering the play zone area. Under the child's profile, you can chose "Book Now" and "Classes". Then you will chose the date/time of your desired play session.
