Bloom Mama & Me PlayCafé was created to fill a unique gap. There are plenty of places designed for kids, and plenty of spaces built for adults- but there are very few places that truly consider and cater to both at the same time.

Our family-centered play café in Southington, Connecticut was designed to support kids ages 0-7 and the people raising them, bringing together a thoughtfully designed indoor play space, a relaxing café experience, and wellness-focused offerings for modern motherhood- all under one roof.

Meet The

Owner

Hi there! I’m Amanda- mama, pharmacist, and the founder of Bloom Mama & Me PlayCafé.

Bloom came to life during my own experience with pregnancy and early motherhood. As excited as I was for that season, I also felt how overwhelming and isolating it could be.

I found myself wishing there was a space where I could get out of the house, have a good cup of coffee, and feel like myself again without having to choose between my needs and my child’s.

After stepping away from the corporate life, I knew I wanted to create something more meaningful and rooted in my community. I’ve always believed that wellness goes beyond traditional medicine- and motherhood only reinforced that for me.

Bloom is built on that belief. It's a space where kids can play and grow, and parents can slow down, connect, and feel supported in a real way.
